Because all content is delivered digitally, students gain instant access to resources once enrolled, which limits refundability.

In some cases, the Academy may allow students to transfer to another course instead of a refund, subject to availability and approval.
Transfers are not guaranteed.
5. Payment Plans
For courses paid through a payment plan:
