Technical issues on the user’s side (internet, device, software, etc.)
Failure to complete lessons, assignments, or course requirements
Dissatisfaction with course content once materials have been accessed
Enrollment by mistake or misunderstanding of course details
Early withdrawal after the course has started

Because all content is delivered digitally, students gain instant access to resources once enrolled, which limits refundability.

4. Course Transfers

In some cases, the Academy may allow students to transfer to another course instead of a refund, subject to availability and approval.
Transfers are not guaranteed.

5. Payment Plans

For courses paid through a payment plan:

All instalments must be paid on time.
Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access.
Partial refunds are not provided for payment plan users.

6. Processing Refunds
