3. Eligibility & Enrolment

3.2 The Academy may refuse or cancel enrolment if a user provides false information or violates these Terms.
3.3 Users under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Obligations

4.1 Users agree to:

Attend scheduled classes and complete assigned work.
Follow academic integrity standards (no plagiarism, cheating, or unauthorized sharing).
Behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other learners.

4.2 Users are responsible for safeguarding their login details and may not share their account with others.

5. Payments, Fees & Refunds

5.1 All course fees must be paid in full before course access is granted, unless a payment plan is approved.
5.2 Fees are non-transferable.
5.3 Refunds are issued strictly according to the Academy’s Refund Policy.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Non-attendance;
Change of personal circumstances;
Technical issues caused by the user;
Failure to complete the course.

5.4 If the Academy cancels a course, users may choose between a refund or alternative course placement.

6. Certificates

6.1 Certificates of Completion are awarded only when all academic, attendance, and administrative requirements are fulfilled.
6.2 Certificates issued by the Academy do not represent formal university degrees or government-accredited qualifications unless stated.
6.3 The Academy may withhold certificates for non-payment or policy violations

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All course materials—including videos, documents, slides, assessments, graphics, and digital content—are protected by copyright.
7.2 Users receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use materials solely for their own study.
7.3 Users may not reproduce, copy, resell, distribute, upload, or modify any materials without written permission from the Academy.
7.4 Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1 Users must not engage in:

Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour;
Harassment or disruption of classes;
Unauthorized recording or sharing of classes;
Posting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

8.2 The Academy may suspend or permanently remove users who breach this Code, with no obligation to provide a refund.

9. Instructor, Contractor & Partner Obligations

9.1 Teachers and partners agree to:

Provide accurate credentials and maintain professional conduct.
Use Academy-approved materials and platforms.
Protect confidential information.

9.2 The Academy may terminate engagements for misconduct, breach of contract, or reputational harm.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Academy provides courses and services “as available” and makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, accreditation, or employment prospects.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy is not liable for:

Losses resulting from user-side technical failures;
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Decisions based on information provided in our courses.

10.3 The Academy’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant course.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 The Academy collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
11.2 Users agree to the storage and processing of their data for educational and administrative purposes.

12. Amendments to Terms
